Disappointing

This is crap. It did not work with my 6d. Had to use old app. Not sure why canon would release an app that doesnt work?!?! Someone should be fired.

Tried everything from multiple wifi networks, connecting the phone to the camera, changing passwords, dozens of attempts nothing. Just does not work terrible application. Canon should be embarrassed. This should be easy. They make it hard with very below average software.

This app is not very good. I have had on a casino been able to transfer photos between my elph320s but its always a battle. The camera will say or connected to the iPad will say camera not connected but the acces point name comes up. Even using ad hoc it doesnt seem to want to connect. Not what I would expect from canon.

This is a terrible application, not only to the make it extremely hard to use, they also release an app that wont even connect and pair with hardware and the are no steps in showing how to properly connect devices.

Ive used other camera wifi apps and this one stacks up well. The only pain point is the initial connection to the cameras wifi network, but that is as much an iOS issue as a canon one. Love using this app.

This app (nor the old one) will not connect to my S120. Bought the camera for wifi connection... What a ripoff by Canon. Do not bother with this app as it will not connect even though same wifi etc.

I like the app. Helps out a lot. It can take a second to connect but Ive had no serious Issues. Only real issue with it though is that you cant start recording while on wifi mode. How you going to turn the camera on with out your girlfriend noticing?!

The app works well but my only problem is it wont let me send videos from my camera to the app that are over 2 minutes

For being in the business of technology, they sure have not figured out the ease in connecting to this app??... Never had any issues connecting to other apps that did virtually the same thing.

Connecting to my supported camera to this app is a lesson in patience and futility. It appears that Canon never reads all of the negative reviews left on the App Store. If they did, they would have seen that they vast majority are negative AND virtually all about the same issue. Coming from a multimillion dollar company whos know for high quality equipment, Im very surprised they skimped on the Q.A. Of this app.

Not work with ipad pro, ipad, iphone or ipod!!

Canon... There are professional QA companies out there that would have told you this app is useless before you released it. A corporation as big as yours should be testing anything before its released. Do not release another version before it works seamlessly on many cameras.

Recently bought a Canon G9X and am unable to download the pictures to my iPhone or my iMac

Will not connect to my iPad Pro! This is a disgrace for a supposedly technologically minded company!

This app does not work for Canon PowerShot Elph 340 HS.

Dont understand why so many bad reviews... Almost didnt install it because it. Works perfectly for me, love it
